Vaduz → Montreux

The Trütlisbergpass awaits you today, then Gstaad, 22.4 km further on. In the poor pastures, look for arnica: a yellow-orange flower with slightly ruffled petals, like you after 7 h of walking. It was once used to treat bruises; keep it for your eyes instead, as it's protected in several cantons.

Montreux → Vaduz

From Gstaad to Lenk: 22.4 km and 7 h of walking. At the Trütlisbergpass, take a real break, you've earned it, and turn around: the whole way from Gstaad lies behind you. On the way down to Lenk, keep your eyes open in the poor pastures: arnica flowers there in summer. Just one rule with it: look, don't pick.
